Refund & Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: An unboxing video is required to request a replacement or refund.

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Arrived in a damaged condition
  • Is missing parts
  • Is different from what you ordered

Once we receive your return request along with the necessary evidence, our team will evaluate the case. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the right product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
